Where the platforms on our estate keep their documentation.

A document and knowledge store with ingestion, search, retention and per-tenant access control. We write down and share the runbooks for our services in it. Documents are versioned and immutable. A published pointer selects the version a reader sees, and a page cannot be rewritten while someone is reading it. Attachments are encrypted at rest and served through the API. The database is replicated and backed up like those of all our other services.
